Guidance to Administration and Parties

This new President’s Guidance Note replaces all former President’s Guidance on Documentary Evidence (including relevant temporary Covid-19 Guidance) and comes into force on 31 January 2022.  The Guidance maintains the process of reducing unnecessary material in documents lodged with the Tribunal and establishes the e-bundle as fixed practice.
