Sensory Hearings in the Glasgow Tribunals Centre between January and April 2025

Work is about to begin on the creation of our sensory hearings on the ground floor of the Glasgow Tribunals Centre.  This will mean a transition from the 6th floor from 20 January until mid-end April 2025.  There are a number of hearings fixed during this period and most of these will be able to continue although parties should note that there will be works taking place, as follows:

•    January - Hearings will not be affected as works will only just have started and will be focused on basement and ground floor.
•    February - Hearings will be able to run, but the corridor ceilings will be open. The contractor will seek to ensure these are closed up and presentable on hearing days as far as practical.
•    March - During March the one-to-one room will not be available and there will be no access to any digital equipment in hearing room 2.

If you have a scheduled hearing during February and March and you consider that any of these interruptions would cause difficulty please contact the casework team who will bring this to the attention of the legal member.
